Piggin' Out is a neighborhood shack that has been around for many years. The shack was recently taken over by new ownership that has added new menu options and outside seating.
Some good things:
- Brisket is lean and delicious.
- Value is good.
- They use UberEats - just in case you're not in the mood to drive over.
- The outdoor seating has transformed the look and is fun - they have corn hole :)
Some bad things:
- Paleo options are limited to just the meat. I usually get the meat to go and add it to something at home: salad, eggs, etc.
- Sides, while recently expanded, are not Paleo friendly. My husband really enjoys the green chili potatoes. They smell good, but I've never tried them ahaha.
